We are actively looking for a Full-Time Receptionist/Office Manager to join our team at our Small Animal Veterinary Hospital situated in Locust, North Carolina.

The Receptionist/Office Manager role at Broadway Veterinary Hospital serves as a crucial link between our hospital and our valued clients. In this capacity, you will have a diverse range of responsibilities, including welcoming clients both in-person and over the phone, managing patient medical records, overseeing financial accounts, handling administrative tasks, and more.

This position utilizes many skills, including:

• Clerical skills such as typing, handling mail, inventory, and more
• Customer Service skills for interacting with clients and their pets
• Knowledge of Veterinary Policies & Procedures
• Communicating and working with the entire staff of the hospital
• Management of walk-in patient flow

Position type and expected hours of work:

• Full or Part-Time
• Shifts Monday – Friday
• Possible weekend, evening and holiday shifts required
• Overtime may be required

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous veterinary experience preferred
